Singing Tower (2021)
Site-specific, multi-channel architectural sound installation.

Singing Tower is a  site-specific, 8-channel sound installation that turns the building itself, the Stone Tower Gallery at Glen Echo Park into a resonator using surface transducers affixed to the 8 windows in the space. Inspired by wind harps, the sounds are generated using custom designed software to loosely mimic the behaviour of an Aeolian or wind harp, and are audible from inside and outside, the space.
